Hello aspirants, today I am going to tell you abt my strategy to clr ibps po mains aur any other bank related mains exams. As you know that the pattern is changed in ibps po exams there is time allotment and descriptive paper is there. See the table given below .
Now acc.to this table below time is alloted. So no worry abt time now.
And the books are same for Reasoning, Quant and English bt you have to read for computers and General Awareness section only.
For General Awareness:-
1. Read Basics of Banking from any book you can prefered. I prefered "Arihant publication".
You can see book on top right corner in list
2. For Current Affairs follow some youtube channels and newspaper(only those sections on which questions are asked )
3. Some magazines should be followed like "pratiyogita darpan" and follow economic sections and bank related news.
Note:- I have already provided a link on my blog for list of youtube channels for bank exams.
4. For computers just some basics of computers and plz read some abbreviations of computers.
Now a days computer questions are not coming bt you should prepare for your conveniences.
Strategy:- Again the strategy is same as for ibps prelims, do the easy questions only first, try one liner questions first and do those which you have practiced lot.
In ENGLISH , In comprehension part do only Antonyms and Synonyms, cloze test, Errors, word jumbles
In Reasoning Dont do any single puzzle in mains reasoning as it is time taking.
Only the general awareness section will be the most scoring section.
Try to read only that much which is necessary, not all. Like counteries capitals, currencies, world org names and headquarters pn which always questions are asked.
In quant:- try to do easy DI first and other simplification or series if asked. dont do any miscellaneous question first. DI, DAs will be the scoring sections.
DONT SPEND TOO MUCH TIME ON SINGLE QUESTION. LEAVE IT IF YOU DONT KNOW.
